Do you offer full-service wedding floral design?

• Yes, we design and create your florals and deliver them to your venue on the day of your event

Do you offer a la carte wedding flowers?

• Yes, we can create the individual floral pieces you need. 

Can you create a custom floral design based on my vision?

• During your consultation we will talk about vision and specific flowers and create a plan to bring that vision to life. We love it if you bring pictures or links to designs you like so we can create the best floral designs for you. 

What if I don't know what I want?

• Not everyone knows what they are looking for in regards to flowers, thats why you have us to help you. 

Do you have a minimum?

• We do not have a minimum, we will cater to your budget and your needs. 

Can you work within my budget?

• Yes, we will build a floral design within your budget.

What is included in my floral proposal?

• The entire cost is included in your floral proposal, Flower Cost, Delivery, Set Up, and necessary travel costs. The price on your proposal is the price you pay. 

Are delivery and setup included?

• Yes delivery and set up prices will be included in your quote.

Do you offer payment plans?

• Yes, we require 50% of your contract to be paid when we are 60 days away from the event and the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your event date. You are certainly able to make payments earlier than the 60 days to split up payments further. 

How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?

• We always encourage booking your wedding florist as soon as possible to ensure we are available for your wedding date. Most people book their Florist 6-9 Months from your wedding date. 

How do I book J Petals for my wedding?

• First step to book J Petals would be to book a consult and after the consult we would 

How much is the deposit/retainer?

• $500

When is my wedding date officially reserved?

• Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and your deposit is paid. 

Do you offer payment plans?

• Yes, we require 50% of your contract to be paid when we are 60 days away from the event and the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your event date. You are certainly able to make payments earlier than the 60 days to split up payments further. 

Do you deliver?

• Yes, we will deliver and set up your flowers at your venue/event location.

Do you provide setup at the venue?

• Yes

Do you provide teardown/strike?

• No, your flowers are yours to keep and to do with them whatever you would like. If you use any of our rental items we will coordinate a pick up for a day following your event. 

How much time do you need for setup?

• Our set up time will depend on 

Do you pin on boutonnieres and corsages?

• If we are on location for set up at the right time for boutonnieres to be pinned we would be happy to get them attached, if the timelines do not align we can give a tutorial  on how to get them added at a later time. 

Who will be there setting up my wedding?

• We will come with a fully equipped team for installation based on the timeline and requirements of the set up and venue needs. 

What happens if my venue has specific setup requirements?

• We always follow the rules and regulations of each venue location. 

Are your flowers seasonal?

• While there are certainly seasonal constraints, we order from numerous suppliers to provide the widest variety of flowers. We do our best to fulfill your vision but there are times when certain flowers just aren’t available, and we will communicate with you regarding options available.

What happens if a flower I requested isn't available?

• If we know a flower will not be in season we will discuss that during our consult and if availability changes.

Can you source a specific flower or color?

• Of course

Can I request specific flowers?

• Absolutely! We love hearing about your favorite blooms. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change, we may occasionally recommend a similar bloom that achieves the same overall look while keeping your design beautiful and cohesive.

Where do you serve?

• We currently serve within an hour of the Denver Metro Area, if you have a specific location in mind give us a call to see!

Do you work at my venue?

• We will work with any venue that allows outside vendors at their location.
